The deposit withheld as a security corresponding to the first night's stay will be refunded after check-out if no damages are found. Upon arrival at the property, the total amount of the booking will be paid, and the city tax of €2.50 per person per night will also be requested (children under 10 are exempt). Upon arrival at the property, the identity documents of all guests will be requested, as required by Italian law. The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the check-in date; in case of cancellation beyond the specified time or no-show, the amount of the first night will be retained.
